My career has been one big pattern-matching adventure. Whether I was helping a state agency navigate massive change, transforming how a communications firm approached business development, or connecting social impact leaders who didn't even know they needed each other, I've always been the person who sees the thread that ties everything together. I get genuinely excited about introducing people who should know each other, and I have an uncanny ability to walk into any room and immediately understand the dynamics at play. My colleagues often joke that I "know everyone," but the truth is, I just pay attention to what people need and who might be able to help them get it. Some of my best strategic thinking happens on hiking trails with my two-year-old co-pilot on my back, and I've learned that the most transformational business outcomes often come from the most unexpected conversations. I believe deeply that relationships are the foundation of everything meaningful we accomplish, and I love helping others unlock the power of purposeful connection.
